The Toastmasters year begins on July 1 and ends on June 30. The Toastmasters calendar operates like that of a fiscal year, but rather than tracking financial results, the Toastmasters year is used to track the success factors of almost all Toastmasters activities -- from individual achievements in the Toastmasters Educational Program to the Distinguished Club, Area, Division, and District Programs.

Submitting the Semi-Annual Membership Report

Events during the Toastmasters year are fairly standard from year to year. Of these events, perhaps the two most important dates to remember for club administration are the deadlines for the submission of the Semi-Annual Membership Report to Toastmasters International:

October 1:	Fall Semi-Annual Report Due at TI
April 1:	Spring Semi-Annual Report Due at TI

Two other important dates to keep in mind are the deadlines for submitting the Club and Officer Information Form to Toastmasters International:
