Toastmasters International does not allow any of its Districts to post copyrighted materials
like contest judging forms on a District website. From Toastmasters International Trademarks & Copyrights policy:
"...speech contest judges guide and ballots, and other contest forms and
materials may not be photocopied or posted on Web sites, nor may they be
reprinted or excerpted in newsletters or handouts."
Our links for copyrighted material point to description and ordering information
at the Toastmasters International Online Store. These items are identified by
their part number. Non-copyrighted material that is available for download is
identified by file type (Acrobat PDF or Word DOC).
An updated copy of the Speech Contest Rulebook is sent to clubs at the beginning
of each Toastmaster year. Starting in 2007, Toastmasters International posted online
began its rulebook in PDF format.
