Club Officer Training and Elections Club officer training will be offered throughout District 4  until the end of February.  See the  Club Officer Training page for updated information. Club Officers Trained by Division/Area Club which elect officers semi- annually should hold elections and submit club officer list to Toastmasters International. District 4 Mission The Mission of the District is to enhance the performance and extend the network of Clubs, thereby offering greater numbers of people the opportunity to benefit from the Toastmasters educational program, by: • Focusing on the critical success factors as specified by theDistrict educational and membership goals. • Insuring that each Club effectively fulfills its responsibilities to its individual members. • Providing effective training and leadership development opportunities for Club and District Officers.
