Multiple Registrations and Option Combinations Not Listed
This form is designed for single registrations and covers most options. You will need to fill out separate form for each person or for combinations not listed. PayPal will accumulate registrations as long as you click the PayPal button on the Confirmation page before submitting another.

Cancellations
Cancellations received before 5/14 will be refunded and not billed as no shows. (The District must provide non-refundable headcount to hotel.)
