Additional club officer trainings are being added throughout the district. Please check back frequently for new dates and locations.

District 4 offers club officer training sessions to help club officers prepare for their duties as a club officer. We have training sessions twice each year: June-August and November-February.

Club Officer Training:

  • provides valuable training and advice.
  • is one of the goals in the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).
  • is a requirement for recognition as Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB)

Officers holding a one-year (July-June) term must attend both the June-August and November-February training sessions to receive DCP training credit.

A Club Officer can attend a COT session anywhere in the world. If you attend a Club Officer Training session outside our home District, please clearly mention your full name, club#, club name and our District# on all sign in sheets. District 4's Program Quality Director will then be informed by the counterpart in the host District. To avoid any delays in processing your COT credits, you may also send a note to providing the details you mentioned on the sign in sheet plus the host District number.

For anyone who lives outside the District 4 boundaries, here are the Calendars of our neighboring Districts:

As new sessions are finalized, all these calendars (that of District 4 and others) will be updated accordingly, so please check regularly.
